There is a wide variety of different activities you can do near Lynhams Hotel. From a short walk to a bus or car ride away, there is something for everyone around the beautiful county of Wicklow. 

Beyond the Trees 

Just 20 minutes down the road, Beyond the Trees has breathtaking views and lovely walks that will leave you wanting more of its gorgeous scenery. They offer a wide array of different activities of their own that will keep you and your children entertained.

Enjoy the numerous walks that are around Glendalough and the county of Wicklow. If you are a fan of walking, you will love finding all the trails around. These trails range from 1km to 130 km. The trails in Glendalough range from easy walks all the way to hill walks. there is something for everyone, whether you love hiking or a leisurely stroll. 

Wicklow Gaol

Just a short bus ride to Wicklow Town, Wicklow Gaol offers a fun and educational experience for families of all ages. It is also all indoors so no need to worry about the weather.

Powerscourt Waterfall

Take in the breath-taking beauty of Ireland’s highest waterfall, which cascades dramatically down 121 metres of rugged rock. Atmospheric, romantic, and exciting, it’s a must visit element of Powerscourt Estate.

Even want to see the belly of the Wolf? Here's your chance! Wicklow Wolf offer two scheduled tours every Saturday afternoon, which is followed by a tasting of our beers in the heart of the brewery. Just like Fercullen whiskey, we also serve Wicklow Wolf IPA here in the bar, so you can get a taste before you set off on your tour.
